Founded in 2008 as a student initiative, ROCK YOUR LIFE! has grown into a non-profit social enterprise with a structured mentoring program. University students accompany young people aged 14 to 18 for one year, supporting them personally. The program focuses on unlocking potential and fostering educational and career success. In addition, ROCK YOUR LIFE! has established online formats, programs for teachers (SPARK), and an academy for companies.

    Educational success is often shaped by social background. Many young people from disadvantaged families lack individual support networks.

  • SOLUTION

    ROCK YOUR LIFE! matches young people with mentors in a one-to-one relationship. The holistic program includes training, personal guidance, and a structured matching process. The offering is complemented by online mentoring, teacher coaching (SPARK), and corporate programs.

  • IMPACT

    ROCK YOUR LIFE! has facilitated more than 8,500 mentoring relationships and reached over 13,000 young people. Each year, around 10,000 mentors contribute approximately 180,000 hours of voluntary support.
