LillianCare secures primary healthcare in underserved regions by consolidating rural practices into a hybrid model. A smart platform manages triage and practice operations, complemented by laboratory services and telemedicine. Specially trained physician assistants handle the majority of routine tasks, allowing doctors to focus on more complex cases. By combining delegated care, telemedical support, and AI-solutions, these practices can treat twice as many patients as conventional models - while maintaining consistently high quality of care. The goal is to ensure reliable access to primary care on a long-term basis, even outside urban centers.

SDGs:

Impact transparency

Creating measurable impact

  • CHALLENGE

Rural regions face an impending healthcare crisis: by 2035, more than 11,000 family practices will be missing, leaving 16.5 million people without care. Even today, 4,100 positions remain unfilled, while the population ages and young doctors stay away.

  • SOLUTION

LillianCare runs hybrid medical practices in rural regions. Up to 60% of routine tasks are handled by trained physician assistants. Through telemedicine and an AI-powered app, patients are triaged and, in the future, diagnoses will be pre-structured - freeing up more time for complex cases.

  • IMPACT

LillianCare currently operates five smart rural practices and has treated over 10,000 patients since its founding. Nine additional locations are in preparation. Patient satisfaction stands at 92%.
