Your impact startup startes achieving product-market fit with a tech-enabled business model and is generating its first revenues (Late Seed until Series A)

Founding team
Your are authentically motivated, creating products and services with the clear intention of generating real-life impact

Impact commitment
Your business generates impact that is numerically measurable and delivers added value

Ticket size
As a lead or co-lead investor we offer equity with an initial ticket size of €1 - 2.5M for a runway of at least 12 months

Geography
Your company is situated within the European Union or Switzerland and you have business activities in the DACH region

we will discuss your company in a team meeting boased on a qualitative and quantitative overview and work on questions that arise from our team

Pitch our investment committee
Present your case and win over our investment committee; if so, chances are high we give out a term sheet at this point

Deep dive and due diligence
To get a full picture, we will take a close look at your financials, market dynamics and growth potential

Sealing the deal
Negotiate contracts and closing with a notary appointment
