Volunteer Vision offers the first SaaS solution for digital mentoring in companies: Employees support young people in their career entry via video chat. The company focusses on target groups such as refugees seeking language mentors or education, youth from disadvantaged backgrounds in career orientation, people with disabilities entering the workforce, and beginners in leadership development.
