On 14–15 October 2026, the Norrsken community will gather at Norrsken House Barcelona for Norrsken Impact/Week, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors and changemakers to accelerate solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.

As Europe’s population ages and its healthcare workforce shrinks, innovative approaches to healthcare are becoming increasingly important. How can technology and new care models help meet growing demand while ensuring quality, accessibility and dignity?

On 15 October, from 13:00 to 13:40, BONVENTURE Managing Partner Angela Lawaldt will discuss these challenges with two founders from our portfolio: Daniel Hefel, Founder & CEO of LillianCare, and Marlon Besuch, Co-Founder & CEO of Gardia.

Under the title “Who Cares? Building Healthcare for an Aging, Underserved Society”, the panel will explore innovative solutions ranging from improving access to primary care to enabling older people to live safely and independently. The discussion will also highlight how impact investing can help scale healthcare innovations that combine measurable social impact with sustainable business models.

We look forward to connecting with the impact community in Barcelona!
