Myo has developed a SaaS solution to provide senior citizens in care homes with a communication channel to stay connected with family members and caregivers. The platform enables not only video calls, photos, and messages with family but also addresses administrative and organizational matters. All involved parties (family members, caregivers, doctors, laundry services, canteen staff, etc.) can communicate directly with each other through one centralized channel.

  • CHALLENGE

    Care workers are overwhelmed with administrative tasks, while residents in care homes suffer from loneliness. Families have little insight into their loved ones’ daily lives – visibility and appreciation of elderly care are lacking.

  • SOLUTION

    Myo developed an intuitive communication app that connects seniors, caregivers, and family members. It enables the easy exchange of pictures, videos, and voice messages and facilitates the coordination of doctors' appointments and organizational tasks in everyday care.

  • IMPACT

    The care provided in the facilities has become more visible. Caregivers receive the appreciation they deserve and can invest the time they save in further care.
