Sira has developed the concept of Mini-Kitas, making the establishment of new childcare places faster, more flexible and more decentralised. They have a high childcare ratio and can be customised to the needs of parents and employers. This enables small and medium-sized employers to offer company childcare for their employees.

    Germany needs more daycare spots so that working parents can balance family and work.

  • SOLUTION

    The sira Mini-Kitas are small, single-group facilities located in existing buildings (fast, flexible, decentralized in collaboration with employers or municipalities).

  • IMPACT

    The Sira model creates new daycare spots in cities. As of June 2024, 961 children are being cared for across 40 locations.
